About Our President

Valerie Hoskins, the founder and president of Precise Process Consulting, has more than a decade of experience leading major Change Management and PMO initiatives for F500 clients. She has prior elite consulting experience at Big 4 firms Deloitte & Accenture where she led multi-million dollar initiatives involving complex operational and technical solutions.

Ms. Hoskins holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems engineering and is trained in Greenbelt Six Sigma. She utilizes her process analytics skills, combined with her change management background to approach organizational issues from a analytical and people perspective. Ms. Hoskins is uniquely adept at performing in depth current state assessments at organizations, structuring a scalable approach that works for their organization, and overseeing large scale cross functional deployments.

She is passionate about helping organizations maintain streamlined operations and exceed industry standards in order to remain competitive. She understands that being able to tie projects to tangible business benefits is imperative for justifying cost.
