Valerie Hoskins, the founder and president of Precise Process Consulting, has more than a decade of experience leading innovative Change Management and PMO initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. After recognizing a gap in the market for smaller more dynamic consulting with more experienced resources, she founded Precise Process Consulting with the goal of creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace where seasoned professionals can shine. Valerie launched her carrer doing Strategy and Systems Implementation consultation, and has extensive prior elite consulting experience at Big 4 firms Deloitte & Accenture where she led multi-million dollar initiatives involving complex operational and technical solutions.

As a Certified Scrum Master and Greenbelt Six Sigma, Ms. Hoskins combines her background in continuous improvement and process analytics, with her expertise in change management to create a customized approach that addresses both the people and process components of organizational transformation. She specializes in performing in depth current state assessments at organizations, structuring a scalable approach that works for their organization, and overseeing large scale cross functional deployments. She has a passion for building diverse teams, managing difficult change strategies, and driving results.
