Valerie Hoskins approaches organizational change the way she was trained to approach any complex system: methodically, structurally, and with a sharp eye for what is really happening beneath the surface. As Founder and President of Precise Process Consulting, she brings a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering together with more than a decade leading Change Management and PMO initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations, a career that began in Strategy and Systems Implementation consulting and grew through years at Deloitte and Accenture, where she directed multimillion-dollar initiatives across complex operational and technical transformation. She started PPC on an observation most firms miss: navigating major change is one of the hardest things an organization will do, yet most spend more time on the technology and the timeline than on the people and process work that actually makes it stick. Her answer was a firm built on senior expertise, consultants who have already led this kind of work, not associates learning it for the first time on someone else’s project.

A Certified Scrum Master, PROSCI certified change practitioner, and Six Sigma Green Belt, she pairs that same process rigor with people-centered change leadership, treating transformation as an operational challenge and a human one in equal measure. She is known for diagnosing what is really happening inside an organization, designing an approach built to scale, and leading the cross-functional work of getting it done.
